Welcome to Credit Bounce, a free credit repair service that helps clients improve their credit scores by creating custom dispute letters to the credit bureaus based on their credit profiles. Credit Bounce is owned by LIFEPEEKS CONSULTING LLC.

By accessing or using Credit Bounce's services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, you may not access or use Credit Bounce's services.

1. Credit Bounce provides its services free of charge. Credit Bounce reserves the right to change its fee policies and to institute new charges for use of its services at any time.
2. Credit Bounce does not provide any warranties or guarantees for its services. Credit Bounce's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Credit Bounce makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, materials, or products included on or accessible through its services.
3. Credit Bounce is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of its services or the mailing of the dispute letters provided to its clients. These letters are mailed to the credit bureaus at the client's own risk.
4. Credit Bounce may provide links to third-party websites or services, such as PostalZap.com and IdentityIQ.com, as a convenience to its clients. Credit Bounce is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites and the inclusion of these links does not imply endorsement by Credit Bounce.
5. Credit Bounce reserves the right to terminate any user's account at any time and for any reason. Credit Bounce also reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services at any time and without notice.
6. These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the state of [State] and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
